Job summary

East West Banking Corporation in Taguig City is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology-driven projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met. The role requires collaboration with business and tech stakeholders to drive execution and deliver innovative solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

The candidate will manage agile delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee budgets and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Software Development, or related technology leadership role.
• Proven experience managing software development projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology initiatives.
• Define project requirements, establish plans and timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, analysts, QA, designers, and infrastructure.
• Manage Agile and Scrum delivery, including sprint planning, tracking, retrospectives, and release management.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, utilization, and performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies with timely escalation.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on status and milestones.
