Job summary

Lennor Metier in Makati City, Philippines, is seeking a Finance Manager (Fintech) to lead finance and accounting operations onsite. You will ensure IFRS/PFRS compliance, manage tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting, and collaborate with headquarters on strategic financial matters.

The role requires 5+ years in finance within fintech or consumer lending, strong English and Mandarin communication, and a track record across SEA markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Finance & Accounting, fintech or lending focus preferred.
• Strong IFRS/PFRS knowledge and tax/compliance experience.
• Experience with statutory audits and regulatory reporting.
• Experience across SEA markets and English + Mandarin communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations with IFRS/PFRS compliance.
• Manage tax filings, VAT, EWT, CIT, and regulatory reporting to authorities.
• Lead audits and strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, and banking relationships with financial institutions.
• Support new lending product initiatives with accounting workflows and tax implications.
