Confidential Executive Search seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the Philippines market, overseeing strategy, multi-channel campaigns, and local operations. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
Filipino national.
Minimum 6-10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives.
Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Background in FinTech, Digital Lending, Financial Services, or similar high-growth consumer businesses is highly preferred.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.
Familiarity with marketing compliance within regulated industries is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
Professional English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives and market expansion plans.
Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, brand activation, and performance marketing.
Identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning.
Manage, mentor, and develop the local marketing team while driving campaign performance and professional growth.
Oversee relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers, and external creative vendors.
Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders, product teams, operations, and public affairs to ensure consistent brand execution.
Ensure all marketing communications comply with Philippine financial advertising regulations and corporate governance standards.
