Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales or merchant development.
• Proven ability to generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to signed merchant.
• Build and manage your pipeline through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Consistently execute high outbound activity (40+ quality prospecting touches daily) to generate new business opportunities.
• Meet business owners face-to-face, understand their operations, identify pain points, and recommend the Qashier solution.
• Negotiate confidently and close new merchant partnerships.
• Partner with Account Management to ensure smooth merchant onboarding.
