Job summary

Qashier is seeking a Business Development Executive in Metro Manila to own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to signed merchants. You will build a pipeline through outbound outreach, walk-ins, referrals, and networking, targeting 40+ prospecting touches daily to generate new business opportunities.

You will meet business owners, understand their operations, recommend Qashier solutions, and close partnerships.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, merchant acquisition, door-to-door sales, or business development.
Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable spending most of your time in the field meeting merchants.
Proven ability to generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting.
Strong English and Filipino communication skills.
Based in Metro Manila and willing to travel within your assigned territory.
Experience in fintech, SaaS, POS, payments, or SME sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to signed merchant.
Build and manage your own pipeline through cold calls, walk-ins, Google Maps prospecting, referrals, networking, and creative outbound outreach.
Meet business owners face-to-face, understand their operations, identify pain points, and recommend the Qashier solution.
Negotiate and close new merchant partnerships with confidence.
Partner with Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success.
