Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. in Manila seeks a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at the intersection of client relations, technology, and financial services.

You will onboard clients, gather requirements, deploy trade templates, and ensure robust connectivity while supporting testing and system enhancements. The role requires a BS/BA and 2+ years in financial services, with skills in SQL, C#, VBA and FTP/SFTP.

Formación

• BS/BA degree required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of related experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience with FTP/SFTP, transport protocols and PGP encryption.
• Experience in SQL, C# and VBA.

Responsabilidades

• Onboarding of clients.
• Requirements gathering from client and vendor, and production set up.
• Deploying/building trade templates and jobs.
• Setting up necessary templates and coding to match spec file.
• Connectivity.
• Establishing connection to vendors SFTP/FTP, and updating expired keys or passwords.
• Testing.
• Trading scenarios mirror what's currently being traded.
• Aiding support with existing clients.
• Adjusting/updating current trade files or recons, and implementing additional logic.
• Review and prioritize software problems and advocate for these problems to be corrected in an efficient manner.
• Provide training and other support to business areas including traders, customer support teams and others.
