Broadridge in Manila is seeking a Business Analyst to join a team that bridges client relations, technology, and financial services. You will onboard clients, build and deploy trade templates, ensure robust connectivity, and support testing and system enhancements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with traders, support teams and vendors, with hands-on work in FTP/SFTP, SQL, C#, and VBA, along with exposure to broker/dealers and various derivatives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with FTP/SFTP, transport protocols and PGP encryption.
• Experience in SQL, C# and VBA.
• Ability to work in a team environment with collaboration across clients and internal teams.
• Experience with broker/dealers, clients and vendors (desired).
• Understanding of equities, listed derivatives, FX, OTC derivatives and fixed income (desired).

Responsibilities

• Onboarding of clients - requirements gathering and production setup.
• Deploying/building trade templates and jobs.
• Establishing connections to vendors using SFTP/FTP and updating credentials.
• Testing with trading scenarios that mirror current activity.
• Aiding support with existing clients and updating trade files or recons.
• Reviewing software issues and advocating for timely fixes.
• Provide training and other support to business areas including traders and customer support teams.
