The role requires a BS/BA degree and 2+ years of experience in financial services, with skills in SQL, C#, VBA and experience with FTP/SFTP and encryption technologies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience in financial services is preferred.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience with FTP/SFTP, transport protocols and PGP encryption.
• Experience in SQL, C# and VBA.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding of clients — gathering requirements and production setup.
• Deploying/building trade templates and jobs to match spec files.
• Establishing connections to vendors via SFTP/FTP and managing keys/passwords.
• Testing of trading scenarios to mirror current trades.
• Support for existing clients by updating trade files and adding logic.
• Reviewing and prioritizing software issues and advocating timely fixes.
• Provide training and support to traders, support teams and others.

In this role, you will be responsible for seamlessly onboarding clients, building and deploying essential trade templates, ensuring robust connectivity, and supporting both testing and ongoing system enhancements. **Responsibilities*** Onboarding of clients - Requirements gathering from client and vendor, and production set up* Deploying/building trade templates and jobs - Setting up necessary templates and coding to match spec file* Connectivity - Establishing connection to vendors SFTP/FTP, and updating expired keys or passwords* Testing - Trading scenarios mirror what's currently being traded* Aiding support with existing clients - Adjusting/updating current trade files or recons, and implementing additional logic* Review and prioritize software problems and advocate for these problems to be corrected in an efficient manner.* Provide training and other support to business areas including traders, customer support teams and others. **Your Profile*** BS/BA degree required.
