Job summary

GCash is seeking a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of the app transformation roadmap across Product, Tech, Design, Growth, and Marketing. You will translate strategic priorities into clear programs, milestones, and deliverables, while managing dependencies and risks to keep initiatives on track.

You will track adoption, engagement, and transaction metrics to measure impact and ensure alignment with financial inclusion goals in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in a related field.
• Proven experience in program or project management within digital products or fintech.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven with ability to use metrics to guide decisions.
• Experience with Agile or iterative product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Tech, Design, Growth, and Marketing to execute the app roadmap.
• Translate vision into projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and address risks across teams.
