Job summary

GCash in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive end-to-end change management for major product launches. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness, adoption, and smooth transitions from go-live to operations.

You will develop strategy, assess impact, organize resources, document processes, train users, communicate clearly, mitigate risks, and measure adoption with leadership influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• CCMP or Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years in change management, PM, or organizational development with launch readiness experience.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management plan aligned with launch timelines and stakeholder readiness.
• Identify and manage impact to people, processes and technology.
• Ensure organizational structure is aligned and resources are available to operationalize change.
• Ensure process changes are agreed and properly documented.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to build required capabilities.
• Develop clear, consistent communication across stakeholders; ensure engagement and support.
• Ensure data migration readiness and smooth Go Live to operations.
• Assess change readiness and drive adoption and operationalization.
