Job summary

GCash is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of the app transformation roadmap. You will turn strategic priorities into clear programs, with timelines, milestones, and measurable outcomes, collaborating with Product, Tech, Design, Growth, and Marketing.

You will manage dependencies and risks, drive alignment across stakeholders, and focus on financial inclusion through app enhancements and user-focused metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong program and project management experience in digital/product environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Understanding of digital products, mobile apps, and UX/UI principles.
• Data-driven with ability to use metrics to guide decisions.
• Experience in Agile or iterative product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver the app transformation roadmap.
• Translate vision into projects, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment with financial inclusion goals and business priorities.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and roadblocks across teams.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and balance customer needs with technical requirements.
• Track app adoption, engagement, retention, and transaction metrics.
• Gather feedback from users and internal teams to improve the app experience.
• Deliver projects on time and document key decisions for continuous improvement.
