Job summary

GCash is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of the app transformation roadmap. You will translate strategic priorities into clear programs, timelines, milestones, and measurable outcomes, collaborating with Product, Tech, Design, Growth, and Marketing teams.

You will monitor progress, manage dependencies and risks, drive alignment across stakeholders, and track metrics such as adoption, engagement, retention, and transaction volume to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; preferred background in programs, digital products, tech, marketing, or related areas.
• Strong experience managing complex digital or product environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Solid understanding of digital products, mobile apps, and UX/UI principles.
• Data-driven with ability to use metrics and insights for decisions.
• Experience in Agile or iterative product development environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
• Interest or experience in fintech or financial inclusion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across Digital Experience, Product, Tech, Growth, Design, and Marketing to deliver the app transformation roadmap.
• Translate the app vision into clear projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure app pages and features align with GCash’s mission of financial inclusion.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies and address risks and roadblocks across teams.
• Drive alignment and decision-making across stakeholders while balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical requirements.
• Track metrics such as app adoption, engagement, retention, and transaction volume.
• Gather and use user and internal feedback to improve the app experience.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet goals.
• Document key decisions, processes, and learnings for continuous improvement.
