Job summary

GCash is seeking a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of the app transformation roadmap, coordinating with Product, Tech, Design, Growth and Marketing to deliver measurable outcomes for a leading fintech app.

You will translate the app vision into concrete projects, manage dependencies and risks, and monitor adoption and engagement to ensure on-time delivery aligned with customer and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Experience in program/product management for digital apps.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Familiarity with Agile development and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across Digital Experience, Product, Tech, Growth, Design, and Marketing.
• Translate app vision into clear projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure app pages and features align with financial inclusion goals.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and address risks and roadblocks.
• Drive alignment among stakeholders while balancing customer needs and business priorities.
• Track metrics like adoption, engagement, retention, and transaction volume.
