Job summary

GCash is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of the app transformation roadmap. You will turn strategic priorities into clear programs, with timelines, milestones, and measurable outcomes, collaborating with Product, Tech, Design, Growth, and Marketing.

You will manage dependencies and risks, drive alignment across stakeholders, and focus on financial inclusion through app enhancements and user-focused metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong program and project management experience in digital/product environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Understanding of digital products, mobile apps, and UX/UI principles.
• Data-driven with ability to use metrics to guide decisions.
• Experience in Agile or iterative product development.

As a Program Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of GCash’s app transformation roadmap. You’ll turn strategic priorities into clear programs, timelines, milestones, and measurable outcomes while working closely with Product, Tech, Design, Growth, and Marketing teams.

You’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life, managing dependencies and delivery risks, and keeping teams aligned on customer and business goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced digital environment, managing complex projects, and driving results through strong cross-functional collaboration.

You Will Be Responsible For The Following

• Lead cross-functional teams across Digital Experience, Product, Tech, Growth, Design, and Marketing to deliver the app transformation roadmap.


• Translate the app vision into clear projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.


• Ensure app pages and features are aligned with GCash’s mission of financial inclusion.


• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and address risks and roadblocks across teams.


• Drive alignment and decision-making across stakeholders while balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical requirements.


• Track key metrics such as app adoption, engagement, retention, and transaction volume to measure the impact of initiatives.


• Gather and use feedback from users and internal teams to continuously improve the app experience.


• Ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with agreed goals, milestones, and expected outcomes.


• Document key decisions, processes, and learnings to support continuous improvement and best practices.

We Are Looking For

• A graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably with experience in Project Management, Program Management, Digital Products, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.


• Strong program and project management experience, preferably in complex digital or product environments.


• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.


• Strong understanding of digital products, mobile apps, and UX/UI principles.


• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and insights to support decisions.


• Experience working in Agile or other iterative product development environments.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-change environment.


• Interest or experience in fintech, digital products, super apps, or financial inclusion is a plus.


• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership from planning through execution.
