Job summary

Ampersand Management & Dev't Group in Taguig is seeking a on-site Financial Services Specialist with 1–3 years of experience. You will explain financial concepts clearly to clients and manage high call volumes while building trust.

A FINRA license (Series 6/7/26) is required, and you must be willing to work night shifts onsite at McKinley Hill. Minimum 2nd year college and excellent English communication are mandatory.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2nd year college (no back subjects)
• Active FINRA License (Series 6, 7, or 26)

• Strong to excellent English communication

EDGE / ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE

• 2+ years in financial services or outbound calling

• Background in metrics-driven / target-driven environments
