Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and co-lead new hire classes and continuing education training for new hire trainees and tenured agents.
• Monitor and complete daily attendance tracking during the training and nesting process.
• Formulate effective activities, exercises or assessments for learning improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate operations, programs, processes and practices for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with client and organizational policies and procedures.
