Job summary

Xendit is a leading enterprise payments platform expanding its FinOps team in Southeast Asia. As a Financial Operations Associate, you will own reconciliations across Xendit’s products in the region, ensuring funds flow accurately and nothing slips through the cracks.

You will collaborate with product, partnerships and finance to resolve unreconciled items, automate reconciliations, and set up processes for new products and markets, maintaining high standards under pressure.

Qualifications

• Graduate in management, accounting, finance or related field with 1-3 years in fast-paced fintech/payments
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and ability to spot data patterns

Responsibilities

• Own reconciliations for day-to-day financial operations across Xendit products in the region
• Collaborate with product teams to automate reconciliations and prevent gaps
• Set up reconciliations for new products and markets
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve unreconciled transactions
