Job summary

Creathink Solutions.Inc in Metro Manila is seeking a Finance Reconciliation Officer to support the Finance team by ensuring accuracy of financial records through daily transaction reviews, account reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.

You will produce reconciliation reports, review data for accuracy, and assist with month-end and year-end closings, audits, and process improvements. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in reconciliations, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in reconciliations, accounting, finance, or banking.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bank reconciliation experience.
• POS reconciliation experience.
• Retail, wholesale, or multi-location business experience.
• ERP systems experience.

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Reconciliation Officer to support our Finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records through daily transaction reviews, account reconciliations, discrepancy investigations, and reporting. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining the integrity of financial information and supporting effective financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations
