Job summary

Dinelink Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager / Supervisor for the SM Nuvali branch. The role oversees fine dining operations, leads staff, maintains quality, cleanliness, safety, and drives profitability with strong guest service focus.

You will supervise daily operations, train and motivate the team, manage inventories, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Good English communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer use.

Responsibilities
