Job summary

Revolut in the Philippines is seeking a Financial Crime Analyst to take ownership of customer issues, think deeper to find solutions, and contribute to our ongoing effort to prevent financial crime while delivering trusted support.

You’ll handle multi‑channel interactions, work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly, and adapt to shifting schedules including nights and weekends when required, with full compensation.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 18+ months of experience providing customer support over the phone.
• Ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Impressive analytical skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated, independent approach to managing workload.
• Empathy and a commitment to customer satisfaction, aiming to resolve issues at first point of contact.
• High-functioning problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

Financial Crime Operations is at the forefront of Revolut’s efforts to keep customers and their money safe. Team members work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns. Using cutting‑edge technology and sharp attention to detail, they help prevent financial crime and keep trust at the core of Revolut.

To support our 24/7 coverage, this role may include night and weekend shifts, which are fully compensated.
