Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Finance Services Manager in the Philippines to oversee treasury onboarding processes and banking portal access for key stakeholders, ensuring efficient and compliant setup of group treasury accounts.

You’ll scale operations, support Settlements/Trade teams, build vendor relationships, and drive tool-based improvements while strengthening risk controls across trading and funding activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in treasury, onboarding, or payments.
• Experience in a reputable and high-growth bank or fintech.
• Knowledge of various financial instruments.
• Expertise in delivering change and continuous improvement.
• A good understanding of key treasury or finance functions.
• Experience in risk and control management.

• Managing banking portal access so key stakeholders have the correct permissions to keep the business running smoothly
• Scaling operations by ensuring new entities are set up correctly and controlled from a group treasury and finance perspective

• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure business continuity
• Implementing new tools and processes to improve overall team performance
• Enhancing controls and documentation of current trading and funding processes
• Managing risk and control metrics, such as KRIs, KPIs, and SLAs

What You’ll Be Doing
