Job summary

HCM Nexus is hiring for a voice-based customer support role in McKinley, Taguig. You will handle inquiries about financial accounts, using phone, chat, and text, in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Requirements include at least 6 months in customer service or financial services, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to work shifting schedules including graveyard shifts and holidays. Training will be provided fully.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to split rest days.

• Must support a voice-based customer service role.
• Must be able to attend and complete the full training period.
• Willing to work extended hours if required.
