Job summary

Lennor Group in Pasay City is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee the company’s tax compliance, planning, and risk management across multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate adherence to Philippine tax regulations and BIR requirements.

You will provide strategic tax advice to support business decisions, entity restructuring, and intercompany transactions, while coordinating BIR audits, notices, and tax assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Philippine taxation.
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and tax compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIR tax compliance across all entities, including VAT, income tax, withholding taxes, documentary stamp taxes, and other applicable national taxes.
• Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's tax position while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Own and oversee transfer pricing compliance and documentation for related-party and intercompany transactions.
• Lead and coordinate BIR audits, tax assessments, investigations, and related regulatory engagements.
• Manage responses to BIR notices, assessments, requests for information, and other tax-related correspondence.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in BIR audits, tax assessments, protests, and tax dispute resolution.

Good to Have Qualifications:

• CPA or CPA-Lawyer background.
• Multi-entity or group/company structure experience.
• Big 4 Tax / professional services firms experience.
