Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CA advantageous.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering.
• Experience in automotive, retail, manufacturing, or other fast-paced commercial industries preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and BI capabilities (Power BI/Tableau/SQL).

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic finance partner to senior leadership, guiding growth, profitability, and performance in the Guam market.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with objectives.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, trends, and risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and deliver financial reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, and financial models for decision-making.

Our Finance team is seeking an FP&A Manager to support the Guam market. In this role, you will serve as a strategic finance business partner, driving financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and business intelligence initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations to provide data-driven insights, support decision-making, improve business performance, and contribute to the growth and profitability of the Guam business through effective financial management and strategic planning.

What you’ll do

• Act as a strategic finance business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations that support business growth, profitability, and performance in the Guam market.
• Lead and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance targets.
• Analyze financial results, identify key variances, trends, and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and deliver financial reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, and financial models to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Leverage automotive, retail, or commercial industry experience to provide market insights, benchmark performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CA qualification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of FP&A experience with strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering.
• Experience within the automotive, retail, manufacturing, or other fast-paced commercial industries is highly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence capabilities, including proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting standards, variance analysis, performance management, and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business decisions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive process improvements, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic business environment.
