Job summary

Inchcape Philippines is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant (EC, Time, LMS) to transform HR data into actionable insights and lead complex reporting across the APAC region. You will own data mapping, system integrations, and advanced report development within the HRIS, reporting to the Senior Manager, Data Reporting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and ensure governance and data quality while driving strategic initiatives in workforce planning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in SuccessFactors in a regional or global organization.
• Must be certified in SuccessFactors EC; able to troubleshoot and support modules like RCM, ONB, Time Off, Time Sheet, LMS.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and advanced analytical functions.
• Strong background in data modelling and relational databases.
• Experience using a major BI tool (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik) to build complex dashboards.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and data mapping leadership during system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the advanced SME for SuccessFactors troubleshooting, data extraction, and reporting within the HRIS, optimizing report performance.
• Lead data mapping, validation, and reconciliation for major HR system integrations and data migrations.
• Manage and deliver reporting-focused projects with requirements gathering, scope, timeline, and stakeholder communication.
• Champion data governance and ensure reporting compliance with regional data privacy regulations.
• Lead design, development, and governance of complex HR reports and dashboards across multi-sources.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to reveal workforce trends and present prescriptive insights to senior leadership.
• Provide mentorship and guidance on reporting tools and data interpretation.

Our APAC People Services team is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant (EC, Time, LMS) to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in transforming our Human Resources (HR) data into actionable insights, operating as a key technical resource for the team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Data Reporting, you will take the lead on complex report development, advanced data analysis, and support system integration projects across the Asia Pacific region. Your work will directly enable data-driven strategic decision-making in areas like workforce planning, talent management, and employee experience.

What you'll do

• System Expertise & Optimization: Serve as the advanced subject matter expert for SuccessFactors system troubleshooting, operation issue, data extraction and reporting functions within the primary HRIS, focusing on issue resolution and optimizing report performance and efficiency.
• Data Integration & Mapping Leadership: Take the lead role in performing data mapping, validation, and reconciliation for major HR system integrations (e.g., new module implementation, vendor interfaces) and data migration projects. Ensure data integrity and consistency between systems.
• Project Management: Manage and deliver reporting-focused projects and initiatives, including requirements gathering, scope definition, timeline management, and stakeholder communication for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Data Quality & Compliance: Champion data governance best practices across the region. Ensure all reporting and data handling complies with local APAC data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA, regional variants).
• Advanced Report Development & Governance: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex, multi-source, and strategic HR reports and dashboards (e.g., predictive staffing models, cost-of-turnover analysis) using HRIS Reporting functions. Oversee report security and access management.
• Strategic Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Proactively conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify significant workforce trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare high-quality presentations and reports, translating complex data findings into clear, impactful, and prescriptive insights for senior leadership.
• Mentorship & Support: Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members or HR Business Partners on reporting tools and data interpretation.

About you

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in SuccessFactors role, with demonstrated ability to handle strategic and complex data projects in a regional or global organization.
• Technical Skills: Must be at least certified in SuccessFactors EC, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide operational support for other modules such as RCM, ONB, Time Off, Time Sheet, and LMS.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and proven experience with advanced analytical functions.
• Strong background in data modelling and relational databases.
• Demonstrated expertise in using a major Business Intelligence (BI) tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) to build interactive, complex dashboards and data models.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Superior analytical, critical thinking, and advanced problem-solving skills, with extensive experience in leading data mapping and reconciliation efforts during system integrations.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage reporting projects independently, meeting deadlines and managing stakeholder expectations.

Highly Beneficial

• SuccessFactors Knowledge: Strong knowledge and extensive working experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as RCM, ONB, Time Off, Time Sheet, LMS, Compensation, Reporting, and integration center.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for advanced data manipulation and statistical analysis.
