Inchcape Philippines is hiring a Finance Business Partner (Senior Analyst) to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. You will deliver financial insights, work with cross-functional teams, and drive efficiency while ensuring regulatory adherence.

The role requires 5+ years in finance/FP&A within multinational contexts, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP systems. CPA/CMA/MBA or Lean Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Financial Reporting, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, taxation, PEZA compliance, BIR regulations, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and reporting tools (Concur, Basware, Coupa, ManageEngine) is a plus.
• Certifications like CPA, CMA, MBA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt are advantageous.

Our Finance Global Business Services is seeking a Finance Business Partner (Senior Analyst) to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting business performance through financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance activities. The role works closely with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and reporting standards.

What you'll do

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting – assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and performance dashboards.
• Deliver financial insights and business partnering support – collaborate with Operations, Sales, HR, and other stakeholders to provide analysis, evaluate business opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor business performance and drive efficiency – track key financial metrics, analyze variances, identify trends, and recommend opportunities to improve profitability, cost management, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance and strengthen financial controls – support adherence to BIR, PEZA, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements while maintaining effective controls, risk management practices, and audit readiness.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives – contribute to process standardization, transformation projects, cash flow and working capital activities, and the maintenance of accurate, complete, and reliable financial data.

About you

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Financial Reporting, or Finance Business Partnering, preferably within a multinational or large-scale organization, including at least 2 years in a Shared Services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, taxation, PEZA compliance, BIR regulations, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle; knowledge of Concur, Basware, Coupa, or ManageEngine is a plus.
• Proven track record in process improvement, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives, supported by strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; CPA, CMA, MBA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or similar certifications are advantageous.
