Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking an Operations and Financial Support Analyst to own end-to-end transactional processing, reconciliation, and close support within the Mid and Back Office of Chase Travel. You will partner across Finance, Technology, Operations, and Account Management to ensure accurate, timely, and audit-ready outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in accounting/financial operations
• Experience reconciling high-volume transactional data and resolving breaks
• Advanced Excel skills and data handling
• Experience collaborating with Technology, Operations, Finance, and Account Management
• Familiarity with audit readiness and controls

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration of high-volume transactional data from multiple sources into back-office accounting systems
• Investigate and resolve processing breaks; document root causes and remediation steps
• Support month-end and year-end close activities with journal entry support
• Prepare recurring reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) with data integrity and controls
• Produce variance analysis on volume, revenue, and cost trends and recommend actions
• Onboard new jurisdictions and marketplace programs with structured intake and milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new programs and changes
• Lead quality assurance and UAT for rollouts and enhancements
• Manage end-to-end case management for onboarding and production issues
• Coordinate audit inquiries and prepare external reporting with traceability
• Identify internal control improvements and opportunities for automation
