Job summary

FactSet is seeking a motivated Client & User Support specialist in the Philippines to assist a broad client base with FactSet workstation functionality and analytical queries. You will leverage Excel and proprietary tools to deliver accurate insights while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Client Solutions teams.

Qualifications

• Attend training sessions and complete projects as requested.
• Stay informed about market trends, products, and competitors.
• Participate in monthly informal reviews and formal semi-annual reviews.
