FactSet is seeking a motivated Client & User Support professional in Manila to assist a diverse client base using the FactSet workstation and Excel. You will provide timely solutions via phone, email, and chat, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex queries.

The role emphasizes independence, analytical thinking, and a strong interest in financial markets, with opportunities to grow within a global, S&P 500 company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business majors.
• English is spoken fluently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as experience in advanced web searching.
• Highly organized.
• Genuine interest or experience in financial markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to start by October 2026.
• Flexible to work in a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Gain a proficient understanding of the FactSet Workstation and Microsoft Excel.
• Follow procedures to maintain high-quality client support.
• Share ideas and promote workflow improvements.
• Cooperate with Client Solutions, Sales, and Product Development teams.
• Meet targets and show motivation and high performance.
• Attend internal meetings and training sessions and complete projects.
• Stay up to date with the market and our products and competitors.
• Participate in formal 6-month and yearly reviews as per policy.
