• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Gain a proficient understanding of the FactSet Workstation and Excel.
• Follow procedures to maintain high-quality client support.
• Share ideas to improve workflows and collaborate with client solutions, sales, and product teams.
• Meet targets by staying motivated and performing well.
• Attend training sessions and complete projects as requested.
• Stay up to date with the market, products, and competitors.
• Progress is reviewed monthly, with six-month and yearly formal reviews.
