You will oversee financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing, compliance, audits, and financial controls, while providing meaningful analysis and insights to support business decisions across units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field; CPA required.
• At least 3 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with General Ledger, month-end/year-end closing, audits.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end closing and ensure compliant financial reports.
• Drive improvements to the month-end closing process for efficiency and accuracy.
• Review and reconcile accounting balances, resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow reports.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in General Ledger, month-end/year-end closing, statutory audits, and account reconciliation.
• Experience in financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform variance analysis and provide financial insights.
• Experience in finance operations, including payables, receivables, credit management, and financial reconciliations.
