Job summary

LOCKFORCE INTERNATIONAL INC. is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee accounting, finance, and financial control across multiple entities in the Philippines.

You will lead day-to-day compliance, transactional accounting and reporting activities, and work with the CFO on strategic recommendations. The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or related, 5+ years in senior finance roles, CPA/CA preferred, strong Excel, ERP experience and stakeholder communication; you will drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in accounting, finance, financial control or commercial finance.
• CPA, CA or equivalent professional qualification (desirable).
• Postgraduate qualification in finance, business administration or leadership (desirable).
• Demonstrated experience leading a finance team responsible for day-to-day compliance, transactional accounting and reporting activities.
• Strong technical accounting, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliation, audit, tax and statutory compliance capability.
• Ability to prepare strategic financial reports, management commentary and recommendations for CFO and executive decision making.
• Advanced Excel, financial analysis, forecasting, cash flow reporting and business partnering skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, workflow automation, reporting tools and finance process improvement.
• Experience working in a multi-entity, project-based or operationally complex business environment.
• Strong presentation, written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
