CGI Taguig is hiring a Client Services Agent (Financial) to handle inquiries in a fast-paced BPO environment. This onsite, fixed nightshift role is based in McKinley, Taguig with a competitive salary package of Php 22,000 to Php 32,000 depending on experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of call center experience, preferably in financial services, with strong communication and problem solving skills and the ability to handle complex client concerns.

• Preferably with Experience in Supporting Financial Services and Handling Inquiries on Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds and More
