Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Financial Analyst and General Accountant to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in the WTI Accounting System and to prepare regular management reports.

The role involves regulatory compliance, internal control improvements, and collaboration with the Finance Manager and external auditors during annual audits. A CPA is advantageous and two years of accounting experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• At least two years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and local government compliance is required.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is expected.
• Experience with QNE or similar accounting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger Management and Financial Reporting in PAS.
• Tax and regulatory compliance, including timely tax returns.
• Internal controls development and audit support with the Finance Manager.
• Accounting system administration and maintaining QNE accounting system.
