Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a related field.
• CPA license is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
• Experience in month end and year end closing and audit activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive and team oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger records and ensure proper recording and classification of financial transactions.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Manage month end and year end closing activities and support timely financial reporting.
• Prepare financial reports, budget analyses, and variance reports for management and other stakeholders.
• Handle tax computations, payments, returns, and related compliance requirements.
• Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
