Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a seasoned FSSCM to drive the transition of processes into shared services within the Finance Service Delivery Tower. You will identify opportunities, standardize processes, and partner with automation teams to enhance scalability and quality.

The role emphasizes program governance, change management, and Working with senior leaders to deliver strategic business initiatives in a financial services setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience using leading methodologies and processes.
• Transitions Management experience in a service outsourcing environment.
• Transformation Project Management Experience in a financial services company.
• Strong oral/written communication skills required to interact with senior officers and representatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify shared services opportunities through analysis of process inventories.
• Drive standardization within a functional value stream across delivery channels including drafting of operating procedures and job aids.
• Collaborate with automation teams to integrate automation into standardized process designs to improve scalability, efficiency, and quality.
• Project manage and drive the transformation into a shared services operating model for processes/teams in scope.
• Ensure quality and efficiency benefits materialize when pivoting into a shared services model.
• Program governance and crafting of project dashboards for weekly status updates to key stakeholders.
• Define success measures for each initiative and contribute toward the overall shared services program.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business expectations, priorities, and requirements.
