Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks an experienced finance transformation leader to join the CFO & Enterprise Value practice in Manila. You will drive multi‑client finance programs, leveraging Blackline and other tools to transform operating models and shared services.

You will collaborate with global clients, manage complex projects, and lead workshops to deliver measurable business value. Requires 8–10 years in Finance and postgraduate qualifications; willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• MBA/CA/CPA with 8–10 years in Finance and Accounts.
• Deep experience in Finance transformation and shared services.
• Implementing Blackline and other finance tools.
• Experience with reconciliations, close processes and intercompany workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and drive sales pipeline, demos, and proposals.
• Perform assessments, system design, blueprinting, POC, data modelling in finance tech.
• Travel may be required to client sites.
• Lead workshops and present to stakeholders.
• Assess project requirements and deliver the best financial solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in methodology, tools, and maturity.
