Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software: MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero.
• Familiarity with Australian tax regulations and financial reporting standards will be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supports a specified group of CAMs (2-3) and a specific portfolio of accounts.
• Receives customer phone calls and answers questions related to the status of work orders, ARC requests, or Association responsibilities.
• Partners with CAM on administrative tasks such as processing community-wide mailers with SouthData.
• Manages follow-up and closing of work order tickets.
• Performs weekly follow-up on all standard work orders with Service Providers, notes account progress, and closes out if completed.
• Receives, processes, and manages 4041 Forms and all other address change requests.
• Reviews open compliance items to follow-up and ensure completion is noted, and prepares Architectural Review Applications (ARC) for evaluation by the Association Board of Directors and/or Committee(s).
• Processes approval or denial of ARC applications, sends them to homeowners, and files accordingly.
