Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and JDE World/E1.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global collections team to document payment status.
• Document customer feedback from statements and portals in SAP.
• Track feedback to follow up with non-responsive customers.
• Ensure up-to-date customer contacts for automated statements.
• Provide invoice copies and documentation to customers.
• Update invoice status to reflect resolved issues.
• Build positive relationships by addressing payment inquiries.
