Responsibilities

• Partner with the collections team to document customer payment status accurately.
• Record customer feedback from statements and portals in ERP systems (SAP/JDE).
• Track feedback to enable follow-up with non-responsive customers.
• Keep customer contact details up-to-date for automated statement delivery.
• Provide invoice copies and documentation to customers as requested.
• Update invoice statuses to reflect resolved issues and payment promises.
