Continental is seeking a Finance and HR Specialist in the Philippines to support Finance Lead in accounting, tax compliance, AP, and statutory reporting, as well as HR operations and office administration. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with Philippine regulations, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in AP/GL/tax and experience with SAP, plus a degree in accounting or related field. Hybrid work setup and comprehensive benefits are available.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in AP, GL, Tax compliance, or Finance/Admin/HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy preferred;Accounting/Finance or related field acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations (VAT, EWT, etc.).
• Experience using SAP.
• Recruitment coordination and HR admin experience is a plus.
• Willing to work mid-shift; startup experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Review vendor invoices and supporting documents for completeness and compliance.
• Process accounting transactions, invoice postings, and payments in SAP.
• Assist in tax reports, schedules, and statutory compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Maintain organized finance records and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers on finance and compliance matters.
• Support internal and external audits and tax examinations.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure office administration runs smoothly and OSHA/policy requirements are met.
