About the role

This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial accounting and reporting functions within our organization.

What you\'ll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day financial accounting and reporting activities of the finance team
• Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
• Mentoring and developing the finance team to enhance their skills and capabilities

What we\'re looking for
