Job summary

Radiant Global HD Inc. in Quezon City is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead accounting and finance operations on-site. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

You will design and implement internal financial controls, supervise daily operations (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations), review reports for accuracy, and drive governance and process improvements while coordinating with an external CPA for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve business and finance processes and standard operating procedures
• Supervise daily accounting and finance operations (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations etc.)
• Review financial reports, schedules, and outputs before submission
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records and information
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Coordinate with external CPA consultant for reporting and compliance requirements
• Drive process improvements, governance and operational efficiency
• Supervise, guide, and support finance and accounting staff
• Assist in business registrations, client-related transactions (e.g., title transfers, audit requirements, and documentation), and other operational support tasks related to finance, business operations, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance operations
• Preferably with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in internal controls, finance operations, business processes and process improvement
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, ERP)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and organizational skills
• Good leadership and communication skills
