About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead key accounting and financial reporting activities within our organization. In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, accounts payable, treasury operations, and compliance processes while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other financial analyses.
- Maintain compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and internal reporting requirements.
- Safeguard and maintain important financial records, contracts, and corporate documents.
- Support internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government agencies as needed.
- Assist in developing and improving accounting procedures, policies, and internal controls.
Treasury & Cash Management
- Prepare monthly cash flow and currency analysis reports.
- Manage funding requirements and foreign currency transactions.
- Oversee banking transactions and bank account administration.
- Manage petty cash funds and related controls.
Accounts Payable Management
- Review accounts payable transactions and supporting documents.
- Monitor and reconcile vendor balances and outstanding payables.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of payment processes.
Internal Controls & Process Improvement
- Support internal control documentation and compliance activities.
- Participate in quarterly control reviews and reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and financial controls.
Leadership & Team Support
- Supervise and guide accounting team members.
- Provide support during the absence of senior finance leaders.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- At least 4 years of experience in a Senior Accountant or Accounting Supervisor role.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with external auditors, consultants, and government agencies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
