Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting and finance experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong background in financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and accounting operations.
• Knowledge of P&L, balance sheets, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Experience handling payroll, contractor payments, insurance, inventory, and import-related transactions.
• Proficient in XERO, SAP, QuickBooks (QB), andMicrosoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.

• Monitor internal controls and support audit requirements.
• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
