Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
Familiarity with Philippine taxation and BIR compliance is an advantage.
Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze financial transactions, records, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and schedules.
Handle detailed reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Support budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax requirements.
Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with auditors as needed.
Review supporting documents and ensure proper financial control.
Assist and guide Finance Staff in daily tasks when necessary.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
