JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and reviews work output of the Sr./Finance Assistant
• Ensures that all regular revenue transactions are covered by prescribed invoice and official receipts.
• Updates cash book reports
• Checks and analyze cash disbursement report
• Prepare petty cash reports
• Disburse petty cash
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education : Accounting graduate or other Business related course
• Experience : Preferably with three (3) years experience in finance
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Must be computer literate
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Flexible and patience
• Trustworthy
