Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Finance Training & Liaison professional to act as the bridge between Sales and Finance in a shared services environment. The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, delivering training materials, and driving improvement initiatives.

Knowledge of SAP Vistex is required. The position is onsite at BGC, Taguig with a Monday to Friday, dayshift schedule. Candidates should have at least 3 years in finance, sales, or accounting within a multinational company and strong

Experience with training needs analysis and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Responsibilities

Act as the key liaison between Sales and Finance, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
Develop and deliver training materials to support self-service adoption and capability building.
Lead change management and engagement initiatives by promoting best practices and sharing actionable business insights.
Ensure accurate and timely financial processes, while supporting SOX compliance, audits, and governance requirements.
Drive process improvements, standardization, and system enhancement initiatives across Sales and Finance operations.
