Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Taguig (BGC) is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our shared services team. The role focuses on accruals, payments, invoicing, and ensuring proper documentation while coordinating with cross-functional and international teams onsite.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with SAP and advanced Excel.
• Experience collaborating with international teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of accruals and payments with proper documentation.
• Manage customer agreements, ensuring completeness, correct storage, and required approvals.
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and debit memos within agreed timelines.
• Support SOX controls and assist in internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address discrepancies, support investigations, and resolve disputes.
