Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Finance Excellence Manager (Finance Transformation) in Mandaluyong to lead transformation initiatives across finance, SAP migration, inventory management, and commercial finance support.

This onsite role partners with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to drive efficiency and stronger controls for better business performance. This high-impact position offers growth potential toward a future Finance Controller role as transformation programs mature and

Qualifications

CPA is required for the role.
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
Strong experience in Finance Transformation, Commercial Finance, FP&A or Controllership.
Hands-on SAP experience, preferably involving migration or implementation projects.
Solid background in inventory accounting, cost accounting, and general accounting.
Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead finance transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and internal controls.
Support SAP migration and finance systems projects and optimize processes.
Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliation and reporting.
Partner with Commercial and Operations teams for financial insights and forecasts.
Prepare financial reporting and strengthen governance and internal controls.
